用途:
00001. 在食品工业方面:
1) 用作代盐剂、营养增补剂、鲜味剂(主要用于肉类、汤类和家禽等)。如用于方便食品的肉汤和汤类,10g/kg。用于饮料。烘烤制品、肉、肉香肠、肉汤、乳及肉制品、调味剂、谷类制品,用量400mg/kg。用作营养增补剂,限量12.4(以食品中蛋白质的总量计)。
2) 可用作虾。蟹等水产罐头中产生磷酸铵镁结晶的防止剂,用量0.3-1.6.
3) L-谷氨酸单钠盐(MSG谷称“味精”)具有强烈的肉类鲜味,是除食粮和食盐之外世界消费量最多的一种调味剂。特别是在PH 值为6-7时,MSG全部解离,呈味最强。广泛用于烹饪和食品加工。一般用量为0.2-0.5,人均日允许摄入量不超过6g/d。
4) L-谷氨酸盐酸用地改善啤酒苦味,也可用作代盐剂、营养增补剂、增香剂。

1)L-谷氨酸是非必要氨基酸,它在体内代谢,容易失去氨基,与酮酸发生转移反应,能合成其他氨基酸。食用后,有96-谷氨酸可被体内吸收,因此可作为营养增补剂“要素膳”的原料之一,在临床山使用。
2)作为氨基酸输液配方的组分之一。
3)L-GIU参与脑蛋白和碳水化合物的代谢,促进氧化过程。具有兴奋性传质作用,一次它对改善和维持脑机能是必不可少的。它具有抑郁中枢神经兴奋的作用,可用于精神病患者和智力低下儿童的补脑剂,以及癫痫病、、记忆力障碍等治疗药剂。

APPLICATION:
In the food industry:
1) as a generation of salts, nutritional supplements, flavor agent (primarily for meat, soups and poultry, etc). For convenience foods such as broth and soups, 10g/kg. For beverages.
